Ingredients:

  • 1 (1-pound) bag of frozen steak fries
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1/2 pound of thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1/2 cup of finely diced onion
  • 1/2 cup of finely diced green bell pepper
  • 8 ounces of sliced provolone cheese

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place the steak fries on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and black pepper. Toss with your hands to evenly coat the fries with the seasonings.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the fries are golden and crispy. Flip the fries halfway through baking.
  • Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ribeye steak and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the steak is cooked through. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  • Next, add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft. Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle the steak and vegetables with the remaining seasonings and stir. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until everything is heated through.
  • Turn the oven down to 375°F.
  • Place the steak and vegetables over the fries on the baking sheet. Top with the sliced provolone cheese.
  • Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
